If I ever hear the words 'theoretical' and 'practical' used in the same sentence again my brain will explode. It's just a story about Ultramarines killing Orks. It doesn't really give any insight into Guilliman, he honestly didn't even have to be in this story. Otherwise, if you can get passed the characters saying "Theoretical" and "Practical" 72 times, it's ok. A interesting look at the beginnings of the Codex Astartes and Roboute Guilliam.
